At Couch View, we stand behind every piece we make.

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right — no need to ship anything back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please email us at couchviewcc@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item

Once we review your request, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not require items to be returned. :) 

Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered.

If you need a different size or color, we offer one exchange per order within 7 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item, which will be charged at checkout when placing the exchange order.

  • We do not require the original item to be returned.

  • Exchanges are limited to one courtesy replacement per order.
