If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right — no need to ship anything back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please email us at couchviewcc@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery.
Include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

A photo of the item
Once we review your request, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not require items to be returned. :)
Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered.
If you need a different size or color, we offer one exchange per order within 7 days of delivery.
Here’s how it works:

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item, which will be charged at checkout when placing the exchange order.

We do not require the original item to be returned.

Exchanges are limited to one courtesy replacement per order.
