If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
We don’t require items to be sent back. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you on a solution. Read our entire return policy here.
When will I get my order?
Every order is made to order with care. No matter where you are in the world, we aim to get it to you within 14 days from when you place your order.
Sometimes it may arrive a little sooner or take slightly longer depending on production and shipping, but we’ll always send tracking as soon as it ships.
