WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
We stand behind everything we make.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we'll make it right.
If you need a different size, we're happy to offer one size exchange per order.
Exchanges are limited to the same design and color, and customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Because every Couch View item is made to order, we can't offer exchanges for different designs, colors, or change-of-mind purchases.

When will I get my order?
Every order is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we aim to have your order printed and shipped within 14 days of purchase.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. International orders may take additional time to arrive due to customs processing and local carrier transit times.
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.

How should I wash my Couch View apparel?
To keep your prints looking their best for as long as possible, we recommend:
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
- Wash cold (30°C / 86°F or lower).
- Use a gentle cycle.
- Wash with similar colors.
- Tumble dry low, or hang dry for the longest print life.
- Do not iron directly on the printed design.
- Do not dry clean.
Following these care instructions will help preserve both the print and the fabric over time.
